Another exciting project for the LA real estate market to look forward to! Luxury hospitality brand Aman,is expected to set up shop at the $2-billion One Beverly Hills complex.This roughly 17.5-acre property will also contain 350 condominiums, 42 hotel suites, and approximately 35,000 square feet of retail, restaurant space and parking spaces for more than 2,100 vehicles. The Times reports that construction of One Beverly Hills is currently expected to begin in 2023, with completion to follow in 2027.
