Happy Monday! This heat in LA brought some big news to the real estate world. A local developer aims to replace three single-family homes in East Hollywood with a 69-unit apartment complex. Other than this 69-unit apartment complex, there are already many other ongoing projects such as: a 187-unit affordable housing complex, a 177-unit mixed-use building and an 85-unit mixed-income project is also planned.
